Models and costs

The CLI can work without a video model. A video-capable model such as Gemini or Doubao helps with visual judgments and per-shot prompts. Provider usage may cost extra; configure keys locally and never commit them.

Output and troubleshooting

Outputs include a production summary, remake plan and report.html. If ffmpeg is missing, check PATH. For model failures, verify endpoint, key and quota. Re-encoded platform videos may need additional visual review.
